We are looking for a Support Worker to join our Housing Services in Keady, Northern Ireland.
Shifts will be spread across mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep ins, weekends and bank holidays. You will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45 for any sleep in shifts carried out. The payment for sleep ins is non-contractual.
You will receive a range of training to enable you to be a great support worker. We can be flexible and are family friendly. You will have access to a range of benefits such as enhanced sick pay, holiday buying scheme, discount vouchers for high street stores and many more.

What does a Support Worker do?

- Supporting people to live independently – paying bills, housework, organising appointments
- Support person with their behaviour needs so they can be as independent as possible and have a good quality of life.
- General Personal care - helping people to get ready for the day and assisting if required with bathing, showering and using the bathroom.
- Community & Social Inclusion - support people to access their local community, go to Church, the gym, see family, friends.
