Summary

I am looking for a caring and compassionate Personal Care Assistant, who LOVES working with others to ensure that they can live a full life in their own home.
Based in East Leicestershire, you will carry out personal care for a female tetraplegic (paralysed from neck down) in her early 40s, living with her husband and toddler in a busy household. I am currently studying and working from home part time. This includes personal care as well as completing social and domestic tasks.
Day shift: 8 AM-8 PM
Night shift: 8 PM-9 AM
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To become familiar with and carry out daily routine.
To support with personal care, including bowel and bladder management.
Shopping as well as preparing and serving meals when required.
Domestic tasks, which included but are not limited to aspects of cleaning and tidying the house.
To accompany me on work, social, and medical outings (driving my wheelchair accessible vehicle).
To help out with any miscellaneous tasks as and when required.
