Summary

Exciting Opportunity at an Ofsted 'GOOD' SEN School in Hayes!

‍ Immediate Start - Full-Time Positions Available! ‍

Roles Include:
- Full-time, long-term positions
- Supporting education in classrooms
- 1:1 and group learning for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils (4 to 11 years old)
- Catering for children & young people with SLD, SEMH, and additional Learning Difficulties / Special Educational Needs

Location: Uxbridge (UB4)

⏰ Duration: Long Term

Pay: £85-£100 per day (depending on experience)

Start Date: Immediate

Contract: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)

✅ Requirements: ✅
- Experience with children or young people
- Previous work with vulnerable individuals or SEN
- Excellent Behavior Management skills
- Calm, patient, and adaptable to a fast-changing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent computer skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Enhanced DBS Certificate on the update service

‍ Responsibilities Include: ‍
- Providing support to achieve learning objectives
- Assisting Class teachers with curriculum support
- Establishing productive relationships with pupils
- Monitoring and evaluating pupil progress
- Reporting pupil problems/progress/achievements
- Delivering learning activities
- Supporting staff in managing pupil behavior
- Attending training courses as required
