Job: Fire Door Joiner

Location: Leeds

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 (depending on experience)

Working Hours: 40 hours

Are you a Maintenance Joiner with experience working on Fire Doors? Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity?

If so, Randstad CPE Facilities Management has the perfect role for you. We are currently working with a well-known Facilities Management provider who are looking for a timeserved Maintenance Joiner to perform the highest standard of maintenance services, particularly on Fire Doors. This is a permanent and full time position and mobile role based in Leeds.

Main duties will include:

  • Repair and inspection of fire doors in commercial settings.
  • PPMs and reactive maintenance.
  • Repair and/or renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T&G or sheet flooring.
  • Repair and/or renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panelling.
  • Maintain fire doors to comply with current Fire Safety Standards.
  • Maintain kitchen facilities.
  • Repair, renew and/or fit ironmongery to doors and windows.
  • Multi-trade skilled joiner capable of general works in other construction e.g. plastering or floor tiling.
  • Participating in an out of hours call out rota.

The ideal candidate may have:

  • City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 Joinery
  • Fire Door experience/qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience working within a commercial environment.
