As Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel operation runs smoothly and efficiently overnight. You will provide a high level of customer service to guests throughout the night.
What will I do?
- Responsible for the overall security of the hotel during shift
- Being visible in the reception, lobby and lounge areas
- Ensure all actions and tasks have been dealt with from the day’s business
- Review & rectify any issues which may arise, and reports are distributed to the relevant Manager
- Room service standards are always maintained
- Liaise with Food & Beverage teams regarding handover of the bar
- Manage fire evacuation, should this happen while on shift
- Cash up, process any transactions and ensure monies is safe & secure
- Stock take
Is this the role for me?
- Previous experience in a hotel environment, either front of house, guest experience or hospitality
- High standards
- Strong People management
- IT literate
- Good communication skills
