We are recruiting for full time Warehouse Operatives for an exciting new distribution warehouse in Leighton Buzzard, LU7 3RJ.
Payrate as a Warehouse Operative:
PAY RATE Pre 12 weeks
- £11.50 per hour - basic hours
- £17.25 per hour - overtime hours (over 40hrs)
- Breaks: 60 minutes unpaid break
- Weekly pay - every Friday!
PAY RATE Post 12 weeks
- £12.50 per hour - basic hours
- £18.75 per hour - overtime hours (over 40hrs)
- Breaks: 60 minutes unpaid break
- Weekly pay - every Friday!
Typical working hours as a Warehouse Operatives:
Your working hours will be either: Sunday to Wednesday from 07:00am till 18:00pm or Wednesday to Saturday from 07:00am till 18:00pm but being fully flexible to work any day would be an advantage.
ROLE:
- Picking, packaging, and shipping all customer orders.
- Receive, count, and inventory of incoming products.
- Reallocate inventory to ensure proper distribution in the correct locations.
- Capable of lifting up to 25kg routinely throughout the workday.
- You will be picking or packing products for the garden, garage and home essentials such as vacuum cleaners, lawn mowers, tents, grills, pool accessories and patio furniture.
- Due to the nature of the role, heavy lifting will be involved
