Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Online: Spearhead our digital presence by managing domestic and international social media campaigns, maintaining third-party booking platforms, enhancing the hotel's website, and optimizing search engine keywords and advertising strategies to boost occupancy rates and average revenue per guest.
- Offline: Coordinate offline promotions and cultivate partnerships with local businesses to expand our market reach and visibility.
- Business Development:
- Explore and develop new commercial partnerships with travel agencies, healthcare institutions, and other potential partners to increase average revenue per guest.
- Operational Management:
- Work closely with our head office in China to manage day-to-day hotel operations. Responsibilities include refining organizational structures, reducing costs while maximizing efficiency, managing staff, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth operational flow.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, business development, and operational management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Mandarin.
