About The Role
Job title: Mobile Industrial/Specialist Cleaner

Mobile based across Northern Ireland. Belfast central region.

Hours per week: 40 - 45

Shifts: Mon - Fri (with a requirement to work occasional Sundays)

Hourly rate: £13.25 per hour



The Industrial Specialist cleaning role fulfills cleaning & waste management services at our many contracts across Northern Ireland.

You will carry out a range of cleaning & waste management activities including:

  • Putting bins out for collection and bringing them back in after collection
  • Levelling of bins & removal of excess waste and contaminated waste
  • Removal of bulky waste items e.g. furniture, large electrical items (fridge/freezers etc)
  • High level cleaning using step ladder
  • Deep cleaning including use of cleaning machinery e.g. carpet cleaning, floor scrubber, steam cleaner & power washer
  • Cleaning of bodily fluids e.g. blood, vomit, urine, faeces

You will also:

  • Ensure that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
  • Deal with any customer requests promptly and courteously

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Hold a valid driving licence.
  • Have strong attention to detail & initiative to plan your workload, use your time effectively and problem solving
  • To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
  • Be able to work as part of a team or alone depending on the tasks required
