Summary
We are looking for aBank Registered Mental Health (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD)with a current pin number and a passion for delivering outstanding care. Youll have the opportunity to workbank shifts at Newham House. Cygnet Newham House is our 20-bed neuropsychiatric care and treatment facility providing rehabilitation for women affected by acquired brain injuries (ABI). The hospital provides a safe and secure place to aid recovery alongside offering those diagnosed with a progressive neurological disease like Huntingtons Disease, a placement to support and help manage the progression of their symptoms. The hospital is a modern, purpose-built facility, designed specifically to provide a clinically-led evidence-based neuropsychiatric pathway for individuals presenting with behaviours that challenge as a result of their ABI. Your day-to-day Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit & improve quality Attend all training & engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives & other healthcare professionals Administer medicines within healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines Why Cygnet?
