Take responsibility for maintaining accurate and timely records of all work undertaken in accordance with Trust policies and Professional body requirements. Ensure high standards of care are provided, and that regard to dignity, individuality, self-esteem and wellbeing of individuals and their families are given. Monitored and evaluated on a continuous basis. Promote effective liaison with all statutory and voluntary agencies concerned with CYP and mental health.
