Summary
Neway is seeking an administrator to join our client based with Cardiff Council.
This role is starting asap, working 22 hours a week in an ongoing contract.
Pay Rate is £12.39 per hour PAYE
Candidate will need to work on Monday and Friday - the remaining 3rd day is negotiable.
The client is looking for someone who has previous admin and reception experience.
The R&D Higher Clerical Assistant roles offer support to Childrens Services Social Work Teams who work and engage with young people and their families.
The role involves high volume call handling, data inputting and general office tasks
What we are looking for from you
You will have experience of call handling and data inputting , excellent customer service skills with attention to detail with strong clear communication skills both verbal and written as understanding is key as this is front line .
Ability to work to agreed standards and deadlines
You must be able to work flexibly and adaptably to changing priorities. You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. A positive and customer focused attitude is essential.
The work is all office based at County Hall, this is a PT post of 22hours
this Monday and Friday will need to be working days.
Enhanced DBS essential.
