Summary

Job Title: Traffic Marshal

Location: Longfield, United Kingdom

A reputable construction company in Longfield is currently seeking a diligent and experienced Traffic Marshal to join their team. This role will require the successful candidate to ensure the safe flow of traffic around construction sites, contributing to the overall safety and efficiency of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing vehicles safely around the construction site.
  • Guiding pedestrians safely through designated walkways.
  • Communicating effectively with site personnel and vehicle operators.
  • Monitoring and enforcing traffic regulations and site safety protocols.
  • Assisting with the implementation of traffic management plans.

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
  • Traffic Marshal ticket or equivalent certification.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Strong awareness of health and safety regulations.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
