Summary
Are you an attentive individual with a keen eye for safety? Randstad is currently seeking a proactive Traffic Marshall to join our team just outside Birmingham City Centre. If you have experience in managing site traffic and ensuring compliance with safety protocols, this role could be perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage site traffic, including directing vehicles and pedestrians.
- Signing for deliveries and managing associated documentation.
- Banking vehicles and ensuring safe manoeuvring on site.
- Enforcing site safety regulations, including ensuring all personnel wear appropriate PPE.
Requirements:
- Possession of a valid Gateman/Banksman ticket is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A proactive approach to maintaining safety on site.
This position offers a fantastic opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of construction activities just outside Birmingham City Centre.
