- Develop a B2B marketing strategy across all routes to market and opportunity types
- Deliver with a One Co-op approach through the core Co-op marketing team where possible
- Work closely with the internal acquisitions and estates team and franchise business development managers to deliver impactful marketing activity that reaches new audiences and new markets
- Collaborate with our PR team to develop narratives that engage the market
- Lead the development of targeted industry award entries
- Produce marketing collateral studies to help support the impact of a Co-op food store in local communities
- Support liaison with external groups to highlight the benefits of Co-op serving communities, Co-op value and regenerative benefits
This role would suit people who have
- Experience developing effective marketing strategies
- Customer insight, brand, promotions, or social media experience within a commercially focused environment in a B2B capacity
- Strong influencing skills to support the required progress on our marketing and communications plan
- Strong Microsoft office skills, with the ability to present, communicate, analyse, and write excellent proposals
- Proven ability to develop and maintain key partner relationships
Why Co-op?
If you have the skills that we need, we can offer you a competitive salary and great benefits package which includes 30% off Co-op branded products in our food stores (as well as other discounts on Co-op products and services).
- An annual bonus (based on personal and business performance)
- 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays
- A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
- Private healthcare for you
- Access to a subsidised onsite gym (at our Manchester HQ)
- Coaching and training to support your career development
- Wagestream app - giving you access to a percentage of your pay as you earn
- YuLife app - rewarding you for exercising with discounts and vouchers for your favourite brands
