About the role:


We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Suburban Region team. This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced construction sector professional seeking to advance their career in an expanding business.

Being the project lead, this role will be responsible for the project delivery, managing the day-to-day activity of contractors engaged in the works and updating key stakeholders on its status and managing a team of delivery staff. This role will report into the Construction Manager for our Suburban region

Reporting skills are essential as your reports will be used to update the business and inform important stakeholder of the progress of our units, ensuring they are ready for delivery within set agreed targets & to budget.



Key skills and experience:

Able to demonstrate a proven track record managing new build projects (ideally residential) for a main contractor or developer
Strong project co-ordination skills and the ability to multi task and meet deadlines
People management skills
Able to demonstrate financial and commercial acumen
Demonstrable collaboration, stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills
Commitment to providing high levels of customer satisfaction
HNC or equivalent, CSCS accredited, current 1st aid, 5 day SMSTS
