This position requires shift work, including nights and weekends, therefore flexibility is essential
We are looking for Permanent Process Operators to join our Production Team at our plant in Radcliffe, Manchester.
The Role -PROCESS OPERATOR - RADCLIFFE, BURY, M26
Working within our highly skilled production team, you will rotate across a range of functions, including working with machinery in the manufacture of fibre pulping.
You will be required to carry out your duties while adhering to our high standards of health and safety, housekeeping, and quality. You will also be expected to work within and contribute to our continuous improvement teams.
The Successful Candidate
With a willingness to learn, you will be highly motivated and will possess a demonstrable track record of working as an effective team member. An awareness of Lean and 5S would be advantageous. Extensive training will be provided.
Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment will be a distinct advantage, however, this is not essential as extensive training will be provided. Efficient time management, organisation, and communication skills are prerequisites for this position.
