Summary


We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Secretary for Liaison Psychiatry based at Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham. The post holder will provide a high level, efficient, comprehensive, and confidential admin support service to the Liaison Psychiatry Team within Mental Health Services for Older People in Nottinghamshire. The roles require an experienced individual who has a flexible approach to work and the ability to prioritise and work on their own initiative. This will include maintaining patient related records/databases, making appointments, and preparing correspondence.

To work as part of an administrative team supporting the full MDT.
To undertake office duties including diary management and message management, opening and distributing mail, operation of patient information systems, dealing with telephone calls and enquiries, production of documents, typing and photocopying, collating of documents and electronic filing as well as general administration support services

Efficient secretarial/admin/reception support, produce high quality reports within agreed deadlines as required, diary management, message management, opening and distributing of mail, dealing with telephone calls and enquires, production of documents, typing and audio typing, photocopying, collating of documents, electronic filing, minute taking.

Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa.

Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.
