Job Description: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the educational and emotional development of our students. • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with students, teachers, and parents, fostering a collaborative approach to student support.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to the changing needs of the classroom and students, remaining flexible and proactive in finding solutions.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and fellow staff members to create a supportive and cohesive learning environment.
• Relevant Experience: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role, particularly with students who exhibit challenging behavior, is desirable.
