Summary

We\\'re looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to join our team. In this role you will manage, co-ordinate and provide business partnering support for the delivery of Facilities maintenance standards, quality and compliance for all Homes, ensuring a safe environment for residents and colleagues. As you will be providing support for all homes there will be a requirement to travel across our home portfolio as part of this role.

You will work in partnership with the General Managers and Maintenance Co-Ordinators to identify and prioritise needs and plan for future works. This will include effectively managing and monitoring the agreed budgets.

You will provide support and guidance, on all elements of facilities management, for all Homes as well as owning and updating Facilities manuals to ensure reference points are accurate and reflect legislative changes to ensure consistency across all Homes.

You will manage and complete facilities management audits to ensure compliance in addition to tracking, recording and reporting on specific requirements. This will involve ensuring fit for purpose specialist regulatory compliance training is in place and delivered.

Previous experience of working within a Facilities Management role and of managing statutory obligations is essential. A valid full driving licence is required. .
