The Yorkshire and Humber Deanery are seeking to appoint two dynamic Programme Support Administrators to join our team (1 x 37.5 hours, 1 x 32 hours). These roles are pivotal in supporting the Schools that train our medical workforce. You will provide operational support across a large and diverse team. Based in the Specialty Training Programmes Directorate, you will report to a Programme Support Officer and work closely with Heads of School to deliver high-quality support to our training programmes.

These roles offer the flexibility of hybrid working, with a combination of remote work and at least 40% of working hours (pro-rata for part-time) and can be based at either our office in Rotherham or Leeds. You will also be expected to travel across the Yorkshire and Humber region for meetings and events as required.

As a Programme Support Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring a portfolio of tasks and projects across the directorate to ensure Schools are effectively supported . These are varied roles with key duties including:

* Supporting Programme Support Officer in a variety of tasks including:-

All aspects of ARCP management (in line with KPI's) including using Power Automate Flows to send notifications. Creating ARCP Agenda's. Setting up ARCP Folders. Uploading outcomes onto the Trainee Information System (TIS).

Rotation management (in line with KPI's) including updating trackers, validation of post and Postgraduate Doctor in Training information, distribution of rotation grids to external stakeholders.

* Administration of a variety of processes including:-

Less Than Full Time (LTFT) applications

Out of Programme (OOP) and Acting Up applications

Deferral applications

New Starter information

* Monitoring and responding to School email boxes

* Maintenance of School websites and SharePoint sites
