Location: Hybrid – 2 days from Nottingham (NG2)
Salary: From £26,000 + Commission + Benefits

What you’ll do as G4S Recruiter
This role is all about delivery. You’ll be the subject matter expert for your region and be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for G4S Security personnel across the UK. The role requires accuracy, volume, enthusiasm, and some tenacity. If that sounds like you, the below will give you more of a steer on what you can expect day to day:
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand current and future business staffing needs.
• Build relationships with operational managers to drive efficiency, recruitment excellence and build industry knowledge and hiring insights.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for volume vacancies including job briefing, advertising, screening, interview scheduling and relevant pre-employment checks.
• Create innovative and engaging adverts and recruitment marketing collateral.
• Strive for continuous improvement of process, candidate journey and hiring manager satisfaction driven by feedback and data.
• Build talent pipeline and pools to increase pace and candidate engagement.
• Monitor, track, and report on recruitment data through efficient use of the ATS system.
• Work towards monthly KPIs and targets in line with business expectations.

What you’ll need to be successful as G4S Recruiter
This role has genuine influence over a thriving and successful partnership between Staffline and G4S. To maintain this, there are a few things you’ll need for your own success:
• Ideally, you’ll be able to demonstrate experience recruiting in a closely governed, high volume role with responsibility for the end-to-end process.
• You’ll be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building skills coupled with the ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade effectively.
• You’ll be tenacious, enthusiastic and able to deal with setbacks.
• You’ll have experience using ATS Systems to record, track and analyse data.
• You’ll understand KPIs and be able to show that you can work towards and achieve targets.
• Importantly though, you’ll enjoy being part of a team, supporting those around you, sharing best practice and working towards a common goal.
