Responsibilities: What You'll Do:

  • Assist in managing recruitment campaigns from start to finish, including the creation of vacancy adverts, conduct assurance checks and manage assessment data, arranging interviews, and providing feedback communication to candidates.
  • Provide recruitment approvals, working with vacancy holders to ensure appropriate governance is maintained for all types of vacancy.
  • Provide advice, guidance, and support with recruitment, ensuring it remains fair and open and in line with policy and procedure.
  • Support with onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the workplace, including the drafting of employee contracts and handling of candidate ID documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support, adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Respond to enquiries from candidates and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain great working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Occasional travel will be required to attend team meetings.
