Summary
Mainly duties of the role include but are not limited too: Day to day management and support of patients with Long Covid. Undertake virtual baseline assessment of patients clinical condition via agreed screening questionnaire ensuring completion to a satisfactory standard to allow MDT review and decision making. Provide intervention and treatment advice to patients in line with service policy and using established clinical guidelines. Educate and advise patients regarding assessment and management and when they should contact a doctor in line with guidance.
