To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for Marketing Coordinator to come and join our team at our Head Office in Ibstock, LE67 6HS
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and activities to promote Ibstock's products/services, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement. This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns.
Assist in creating content for various marketing channels including printed collateral, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and website.
Assist in the planning, coordination, delivery and evaluation of trade shows, exhibitions and customer trade days
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
Assist the Marketing Team / Digital team with the maintenance of the marketing database
Support the marketing team in administrative tasks such as budget management, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing databases.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed for marketing activities.
Additional tasks/duties as required to meet the needs to the business.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools e.g. Canva
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and SEO.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Studying towards a degree in a relevant subject (business & marketing / marketing / communications, or related field)
Some experience (1-2 years) in a marketing role or similar position.
Previous experience in a similar industry or sector.
