Salary: £22,542 per annum

Shift/Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

Shift pattern: 5 days per week, including 1 weekend day - between the business opening times of 9am to 9pm Monday - Sunday. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our outstanding Digital Customer Experience Team. The team are the first point of contact for customers through our Social Media channels (Facebook, X & Instagram - both publicly and privately) and our Members QNA & Errors channel.

Your positive nature will allow you to build strong relationships with our customers, and you'll take great satisfaction from helping our customers with general queries and supporting with troubleshooting to resolve any technical issues faced.

What you'll be doing:

• Responding to customers contacting on our Social Media & Members platforms via Sprinklr.
• Working to tight deadlines to ensure all queries are responded to in good time and meet day-to-day service delivery targets.
• Delighting customers with quality customer service, meeting customers' needs with the right outcome.
• Using your product knowledge to proactively find answers and solve problems.
• Adhering to data protection and confidentiality laws.
• Proving administrative support to ensure all queries are correctly logged and updated in line with our processes.
• Engaging with customers around our products, content or simply brightening their day with emoji's and puns.

What we're looking for:

• Excellent attention to detail, along with your ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and a desire to help
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Showing a keen interest in emerging technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• A passion for social media and knowledge of how these channels work.
• You will have the ability to work under pressure, working to deadlines and targets
• IT literacy skills
• A quiet and private space to work from home with a strong WiFi connection
