The Role – Cleaner (Early Mornings)
Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced, hardworking and enthusiastic cleaner to assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of a busy community hall based in the Laindon area of Basildon. This position would involve cleaning of all internal areas including reception areas, meeting rooms, toilets and kitchens.
This is a part time, early morning position where the suitable person would work from 5am to 7am, Monday to Friday. Please bear that in mind before applying.
Duties/Key Responsibilities
• Cleaning of the site offices.
• Removing any dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
• Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
• Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
• Cleaning windows within easy reach.
• Advising Manager of materials / equipment to be ordered.
• Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.
• Other reasonable duties as directed by Manager.
Skills Required
• Must be able to start work at 5am every morning.
• Good level of physical fitness.
