Summary
Friendship Estates is a family-run feed manufacturing and farming business; growing and manufacturing horse feeds, pet food and herbs.
We are looking for someone to join us as a Grass Dryer Shift Leader.
No experience of this type of activity is needed. Your role will be to manage the grass dryer, for efficient and quality production, and supervise the other member of the shift. In season (April to September) the 12 hour shift pattern covers week days and includes nights, and each shift will be 48 hours a week. If wanted on days off, extra hours would be available helping on the farm. Out of season, the role is weekdays only and covers different activities in the business for 39 hours a week.

Experience of maintaining machinery and a Forklift truck certificate would be useful, but not essential. Training on the grass dryer will be provided.
Own transport essential, due to location.
