Summary
Description of working patternThe duties of the successful applicant are to provide elective diagnostic activity such as outpatients, LA TP prostate biopsy and flexible cystoscopy lists. Programmed elective theatre is also included with at least one full day in theatre supported by one of the consultants. The on call commitment involves medical care for the emergency urology in-patients at Stoke Mandeville, as well as providing urology advice and support for the other clinical specialties on site and reviewing Emergency Department referrals, supported by the on-call consultant.
