Senior Classroom Support Assistant (Level 2) SEN - Permanent and Fixed TermStarting Salary: LCC Spinal Salary Grade 7 Pay Point 11 moving up to Pay Point 14Ashmount School is currently recruiting Senior Classroom Support Assistants to join our 4 consecutive Ofsted rated "Outstanding" school. Ashmount currently provides education for 204 pupils aged 4 -19 with a wide range of learning and physical disabilities. We particularly invite applications from Classroom Support Assistants that wish to develop their skills and move into the next level of support.We Set The Very Highest Standard In All That We Do.The hours of work for this post are 9:00am to 3:45pm Monday to Friday with a 45 minute lunch break, term time only with an additional week for training and teacher days (39 weeks) JOB REQUIREMENTS: Working with a wide range of class teachers and support staff to deliver excellent teaching and learning.Assist in the planning, delivery and evaluation of whole class learning.To lead groups and lessons on occasion.Coaching children on a 1:1 or group basis. Accompanying groups on trips.
