Summary


There is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the Frailty team at North Manchester.

As a Personal Assistant, you will be expected to provide administrative support to the Ward Manager, assisting in the day to day management of the ward.

Based in the Manager's office on the ward, you will be expected to liaise with all members of the multidisciplinary team.



Use IT systems to record and monitor data

Maintain confidential files

Appraisal and training monitoring

Assisting with Roster Management and annual leave

Absence recording and monitoring

Effective communication using a range of systems

Assisting with Quality improvement programmes

Supporting with ward Audits



Successful candidates will require strong IT experience and confidence with Microsoft packages. NHS systems experience an advantage.
