Summary
PA/Carer Required: The hours are 4/6 hours at the weekends but not necessarily every weekend, and then 10 hours a week in all school holidays. These hours can be flexible and grouped together so one week has more hours and the other less.
Salary Rate: £15 per hour
Area: Guildford
Key Requirements: Non-smoker preferred, full driving licence and use of your own car. Ideally someone with experience of working with children that have complex needs. Also First aid trained (preferable but not essential).
Responsibilities: Looking for a suitable PA to help support with my Son who has Autism, global development delay and complex needs. He is 5 years old and requires support at all times to ensure his safety and other needs are met. Assistance with toileting. Support at home to supervise with activities such as snack, sensory and play times. This role is mainly to support him when accessing the outdoors. Regular car trips 1:1 to go out to various parks, local farms, library etc and to go swimming regularly.
