Location: Base location to be determined with the successful candidate but travel across all TEC Partnership sites will be required.

We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the National Employer Trainer (NET) in the role of Executive Director NET. If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!

About the role

The Executive Director manages all operations throughout the NET sites, ensuring their success through management of the curriculum offer, relationships with stakeholders and maintaining the highest standards of teaching, learning and assessment. The successful candidate will have experience in leading welfare to work or FE provision for the unemployed and be passionate about leading skills development and business engagement. The successful candidate will work with the Regional Managers to manage their staff and coordinate the delivery of training programmes in each of the centres; as well as working closely with other departments such as Safeguarding, Health and Safety and Exams to ensure the best experience for learners and stakeholders. You will have budget management responsibility to make sure financial targets are achieved, including any specific projects such as Skills Bootcamps. The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a fast-paced role while maintaining responsive management. There will be a requirement to travel between sites.

About the person

The successful candidate will have multi-site management experience within FE or welfare to work. Experience supporting local, regional and national skills development is essential and the successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading the delivery of high quality provision and above benchmark outcomes. It is essential that the successful candidate will have the following: L2 Maths and English or equivalent Degree in relevant subject Management qualification.
