Summary

In your role as Facilities Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations of site and facilities, including maintenance and repairs. With the Head of Operations, you will develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and protocols to ensure the ongoing upkeep and safety of school buildings, grounds, and equipment
You will have excellent management and communication skills to lead and in-house team of site supervisors as well as coordinating with external contractors, vendors, and suppliers for facility-related services, repairs, and renovations; conducting regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues. You will manage resources effectively to optimise facility operations and maximize cost-efficiency, implementing where at all possible, sustainability initiatives and energy-saving measures to promote environmental stewardship and reduce operational costs.
