Summary
Ravenscroft is a small independent residential home for the elderly based in the village of Longton. We have been providing care for our community since 1986. Our aim is to provide a high level of person-centered dedicated care and support to all our residents. Our residents do not live in our workplace we work in their home.
We are currently looking for a caring, reliable, compassionate and committed Senior support worker to join our team. This is a full time position which will include weekends.
Key duties will include:
Managing medication, care planning, supervising staff, providing resident support, liaising with MDT and promoting care in accordance with current best practices.
You should hold a minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Basic IT skills and mandatory training are required as part of this role.
