What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our bowling team, assuming an essential role in upholding the pinnacle of customer
satisfaction. As a member of our team, you will meticulously maintain and manage the bowling lanes and Qubica bowling system,
ensuring an uninterrupted and premium bowling experience for our patrons.
How You Will Succeed in This Role:
Your impact as a key member of the bowling team reverberates across the entire bowling experience. Your meticulous upkeep of the
lanes and Qubica system forms the backbone of a seamless and high-quality customer experience. By diligently managing maintenance
schedules, swiftly addressing technical glitches, and ensuring proactive communication with both the team and external
contractors, you will maintain an uninterrupted, top-tier bowling environment.
What You Will Bring:
We are looking for candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude, a talent for independent work within a team setting, and prior
experience in a similar environment. Your contribution significantly shapes the quality and efficiency of our bowling facility.
Preferred expertise in Quibca or similar bowling systems and a nuanced understanding of leisure and hospitality industries further
enrich your capabilities, enhancing the overall service excellence you will deliver.
Your proactive approach to health and safety, from adhering to rigorous safety protocols to ensuring stock levels for technical
items, ensures a secure and efficient space for both customers and colleagues
