Summary
Part-Time Dealership Host/Receptionist required in Swansea
- Starting salary of £19,585 per annum (£12.15 per hour).
- 3-days on, 3-days off, averaging 31 hours per week across a 6-week rota.
- Opportunity to work with a leading dealership!
Due to business expansion our client, a franchise approved car dealership situated in Swansea, are currently looking to recruit a Dealership Host to join their business on a part-time basis.
Reporting to the 2 Sales Managers, Aftersales Manager and Head of Business, and working as alongside a very friendly and stable team on the recently redeveloped front reception desk, your key duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting customers & making them feel comfortable and at ease whilst at the dealership.
- Establishing customer needs and if required obtaining details to pass over to sales team.
- Replenishing stocks of brochures/tea and coffee facilities etc.
- Answering and covering the reception phones as well as transferring calls to the relevant person.
- Capturing and recording customer details on appropriate systems
- Becoming aware of our client's product range and explaining any key benefits of particular models.
- Understanding and learning the vehicle sales process and ensuring compliance against respective legislation and manufacturer standards.
Duties include answering incoming calls and directing them to the relevant department in an attentive, helpful and welcoming manner, hospitality: warmly welcoming customers, colleagues and VIPs to the dealership and directing them in a helpful manner, maintaining the showroom’s point of sale material, handling incoming and outgoing post, plus other front of house / customer service duties in line with the remit.
