Summary

Job Description

The post holder will provide frontline advice, guidance and support to owners and other interested parties regarding empty properties. This will involve carrying out investigations, property inspections, liaising with internal and external customers to establish the condition and ownership status of these properties with a view to bringing them back into use. The officer will work closely with Senior Officers and assist in the delivery of policy initiatives within a housing legislative framework. They will also be responsible for the delivery of Empty Homes Strategy and Action plan
