Summary
The must haves for you to be considered for this role: Willingness to work towards completion of Level 3 Business Administration Must meet the ESFA Apprenticeship Funding Criteria Confident and effective interpersonal and communication skills The applicant will be supported to work within the department to develop skills, knowledge, and experience in all aspects of administration. The Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship will be completed with Lifetime Training, who will have formal progress meeting every 6 8 weeks. The meetings will review and comment upon coursework, and the learners practical implementation of what theyve learned. All learning will take place on the job and will be supported with online review meetings. There is no requirement to complete a final examination. There may be opportunities for in-person workshops on the course but that is dependent upon cohort sizes in the area.There would be protected time of the equivalent of 1 day per week (20%) dedicated to the completion of the apprenticeship. The apprenticeship will typically take 18-months to complete (this is in additional to any functional English/Maths requirements).
