Summary


This is a post with the Blakesley team that are located in Stechford covering 4 east council wards in the area. Your working day will consist of you providing nursing interventions to a variety of clients in the own homes. The post holder will be expected to work multi professionally, support other team member’s roles and contribute to the future development of the service.

Consideration will be given around the trusts flexible working policy with regards to shifts that still meets the needs of the service.

As a senior nurse you will be able to demonstrate good leadership skills, the ability to manage change in clinical practice and processes. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to independently make sound clinical and leadership judgements and regularly supervise the workload of junior colleagues.

We are looking for people who are innovative, forward thinking, flexible and have strong leadership qualities.
