Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, on a rota basis

What you’ll be doing:



* Oversee the parts department and ensure it operates efficiently, and all documented procedures are followed at all times.
* Supply, receive and actively sell parts. Accept orders from customers and other departments, ensuring the correct parts are
identified, ordered and supplied on time, informing customers of any likely delays. Guarantee specially ordered parts or staff
purchases, are paid for in full in advance
* Prepare orders to purchase parts, invoices, parts issue sheets, and delivery notes, following documented procedures at all
times.
* Take responsibility for any WIP raised by you. Ensure credit is on the account before making purchases. Ensure company
policies are implemented around all payments received.
* Correctly handle, protect and package parts. Inspect and test incoming and outgoing stock parts.



What we need from you:



* Have previous experience as a Parts Team Leader or Senior Parts Advisor
* A comprehensive understanding of Drive and RTC, with proficient IT skills
* Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of recruiting and training new staff
* A Full driving licence is preferred although not essential
