Are you a Project Manager with experience overseeing electrical projects worth up to the value of £500,000 looking to lead on high profile commercial contracts across Hampshire?
Our client has over 15 years of experience within the facilities management industry and can boast some of the UK's most prestigious commercial & industrial contracts such as railway stations and depots as well as other large-scale projects. This opportunity has arisen due to the growth of the business and demonstrates the company's success and procurement of additional long-term contracts.
You will be responsible for overseeing the completion of various electrical install and maintenance projects worth up to the value of £500,000 within Hospitals, Schools, MOD sites and numerous other sites across Hampshire and surrounding areas. You will also be required to prepare quotations for a variety of work, manage and complete relevant safety documentation as well as liaise with the company's dedicated teams of Engineers and additional sub-contractors.
