Summary
Job Title: HGV Class 2 DriverLocation: LichfieldJob Type: TemporaryIndustry: DrivingWe are currently seeking experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our client in Lichfield on a temporary basis. As a driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials to various locations. Start times for this role will usually be 0700 you will usually be operating for around 10 hours on this role. Delivering to residential and also commercial clients. You will be expected once your first run has been completed to come back and do a couple of local collections as well these will usually be called ahead on your way back into the office. This role is operating Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities:- Driving a HGV Class 2 vehicle in a safe and efficient manner- Ensuring all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with company procedures- Conducting pre and post-trip vehicle inspections- Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation- Adhering to all road traffic regulations and health & safety guidelinesQualifications:- Valid HGV Class 2 license- CPC qualification- Previous experience as a HGV Class 2 Driver- Good communication skills and attention to detailPay Rate: £14.5 - £15.50 per hourTo apply for this role, please visit our website at workchain.co.uk and complete the online application form.
