We are currently recruiting for Administrator with Telesales Experience.
The role would include.... To liaise with clients, to handle inquiries effectively via email and telephone, adhering to company timescales and GDPR. Resolve issues promptly. Update in-house systems accurately to maintain data integrity. Manage and prioritize workloads efficiently to meet deadlines. Place orders within internal departments accurately and in a timely manner. Provide sales support and assist with ad hoc duties as needed.
