Discovery is on the lookout for proactive Support Workers to join our team in Crewkerne. We're seeking individuals who are not only kind and caring but also brimming with creativity and new ideas to enhance the lives of 5 ladies with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
As a Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in promoting independence and cultivating a positive and joyful environment. From organising exciting outings to introducing new activities, your creative thinking will make a world of difference.
In addition to fostering new experiences, you'll also provide essential support with personal care, cooking, shopping, and maintaining a clean and tidy home.
