Summary
Job Description:
HAYS are currently recruiting an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team at a leading M&E Contractor business based in Poole. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the commercial and contractual elements of M&E projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of M&E projects, including procurement, cost management, and risk management.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure that all commercial and contractual requirements are met.
- Provide regular reports on project performance for senior management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of M&E contracting and commercial management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
