The Role: As a High-Level Teaching Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the learning experience for our students. From supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons to providing one-on-one assistance to pupils, your creativity and passion will be at the forefront of every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and delivering dynamic lessons across various subjects.
• Provide targeted support to students, both individually and in small groups.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
• Collaborate closely with teaching staff to develop innovative learning strategies.
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events
Requirements:
• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Passion for education and a desire to inspire young minds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Dedication to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion
