Summary

The School of Computer Science is offering an excellent opportunity to join its Professional Services team as a Research Administrator. The role holder will join our professional services team to support excellence in all core administrative functions associated with research within the school.

The role holder will be flexible and be able to prioritise the needs of students, academics and the School. They will process excellent team and relationship management skills, sound judgement and effective problem-solving skills. The post holder will be expected to be supportive of change and to adopt a flexible and cooperative approach to improvements to operations and the provision of administrative support in the School.

Experience in a similar role in a University or research environment with an understanding of administration within Higher Education or research administration would be advantageous.

The starting date for the position is as soon as possible.
