Summary
Estates Services – Responsible for the implementation of professional management throughout Facilities and Estates engineering and building operations including planned maintenance, defect maintenance. Support the Estates and Facilities General Manager in the implementation of policy and service development. Deputies for the Estates and Facilities General Manager in his / her absence.
You will be experienced in hard services estates management with a engineering background who will be able to project manage, monitor works and compliance and lead and manage a team.
You will be responsible for the implementation of professional management throughout facilities & estate engineering and building operations including planned maintenance, defect maintenance.
