Responsibility and Duties -
• Understand and accurately follow standard operating procedures
• Completion of build operations to the required quality standard
• Completion of build cycles within the proscribed time frame
• Maintain productivity, safety and quality standards during build operations
• Work to achieve a good standard of competency and attain full knowledge of production processes
• Adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act and Environmental policies
• Present a clean and tidy appearance in the workplace, wear and maintain the kit provided
• Be punctual for the start of shift and strictly adhere to the proscribed break times
• Notify Management immediately of any component or equipment defect
• Participate in rotation through multiple workstations and areas being flexible in response to operational requirements
• Report snags and positively contribute towards operational improvements using the correct processes
Skills and Experience -
• GCSE Grade C and above in Maths and English combined with basic PC skills
• Must be driven, enthusiastic and capable of working in a team environment
• Must be physically capable of performing manual activities working on shift
• Experience in a manual production techniques and repetitive cycle processes an advantage
• Access to personal transport
• The ability to commit to a rotating shift pattern
