Care Assistant
Staff at LBCL will only care for services users in the Ellesmere Port area codes CH65 & CH66 (Cheshire West & Chester)
We have Day and Evening shifts available. Applicant can apply for Days, Evenings or both. Hours staff would need to be available to work would be: Days 7 a.m until 2 p.m. or Evening 4p.m until 10p.m and all staff are required to work every other weekend as part of their contract of employment. Hour will depend on contracted of employment.
Full U.K driving license is required and access to your own car.
Travel time will be given per shift.
Company uniform will be provided
LBCL will provide an enhanced DBS, this will be required before the start of employment.
Staff will be given full support and shadowing from the senior members of the team
Training will be provided and supported whenever needed.
Staff will be required to show good common sense and have good communication skills. a position with Loyal Blue will involve numerous tasks from helping and supporting our clients i.e. - assisting with personal care, medication support, cooking, domestic duties, shopping, companionship and safe and well visits.
All care staff should be: Caring, compassionate, competent and commitment to the care they will provide to our services users.
